Standard ground shipping (without tracking) via Canada Post.
Orders to major cities within Canada and the USA usually ship within 1-2 weeks. International orders may take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy: Physical items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in good condition, well packaged & shipped back at sender's expense.
